At the IAM team, we’re making it possible for anyone to use and integrate their application with existing IAM solutions or to build new ones. What you will do

As a Lead Software Engineer for our IAM team your will:

• Take ownership of development and the technical aspects of the product, actively leading the development process.

• Provide guidance for your colleagues and set coding best practices.

• Be accountable for major architecture decisions from design to production.

• Help our customers have an amazing experience with our products.

• OPA (Open Policy Agent) and Rego for authorization

• Integrations with the main auth vendors.

About you:

We think you have an understanding of how security impacts each stage of the development pipeline and the final product. You are familiar with DevSecOps culture and have up-to-date knowledge of threats and trends. As a person you are motivated, driven, and capable of handling problems until resolved. You are comfortable both facilitating and leading as you actively participate to solve a problem.

In addition, to be successful in the role as Lead Software Engineer, we expect that you:

• Have 5+ years of software development experience.

• Have knowledge of security best practices in a confidential and sensitive data environment.

• Have experience with cloud platforms and tools for automated cloud management such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and/or Azure Resource Manager.

• Have knowledge of IAM best practices, especially within SSO, MFA, IGA, and PAM.

• Have knowledge of identity authentication workflows such as OAuth 2.0, and SAML as well as experience in implementing them in systems.

• Have experience with authorization principles such as RBAC.
