About the role 🎉

We are seeking a world-class creative director with a passion for storytelling📚 and a track record🏆 of driving business results. As the creative director at Roboten, you will oversee all creative output, including but not limited to commercial ads, graphics design, and web content, at a flat and fast organization. You will work closely with our team to develop and execute innovative campaigns that engage and inspire our audience.

In this role, you will be the gatekeeper🔒 of our brand, ensuring that all creative work aligns with our vision and values. You will also be a mentor and leader, helping to grow and develop our team members.

We are looking for a strategic thinker💡 who is not afraid to push boundaries and challenge the status quo. You should be a skilled designer with an in-depth understanding of a variety of topics like typography 📝 and image composition🖼️. You should also be a strong copywriter with a talent for crafting punchy, compelling (ad) copy. Additionally, you should be knowledgeable about the principles of storytelling and how to build drama 🎭 and tension in a narrative.

Your missions ⭐️

🧑‍🎨Oversee all creative output, including commercial ads, graphics design, and web content

🎤Develop and execute innovative campaigns that engage and inspire our audience

🖼️Maintain the integrity of our brand, ensuring that all creative work aligns with our vision and values

👩‍👩‍👦‍👦Mentor and lead a small team of creatives, helping them to grow and develop their skills

✍️Craft excellent copy and produce captivating designs on your own (this is a hands-on role)

🪩Collaborate with other teams, such as product and engineering, to ensure that our campaigns are aligned with our overall business goals

📰Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into our campaigns as appropriate

🚀Continually assess and optimize our creative processes to ensure that we are delivering high-quality work efficiently and effectively

To be successful in this role, you have 🚀

💪 5+ years in design and copywriting

🤓 Up-to-date knowledge about modern creative practices and areas (e.g. typography and image composition)

😎 A talent for crafting expressive and persuasive copy

📖 Knowledge of storytelling principles and how to build drama and suspense in a story

💎 Ability to maintain the integrity of our brand and ensure that all creative work is aligned with our vision and values

🤗 Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to help our team (creatives and others alike) grow and develop their skills

🤯 Strategic mindset able to shake things up while pushing projects from start to finish who is not afraid to push boundaries and challenge the status quo

🎉 Real track record of delivering successful campaigns and driving business results (quantitative and qualitative ones alike)
