About the role 🎉
As a growth hacker, you will work independently to build our marketing strategy from scratch. You will help us reach new users, by constantly creating innovative strategies and clever ways to bring us traffic and increase ROI. You are result-oriented and you constantly optimize marketing campaigns to increase revenue.
You strive in a fast-paced start-up environment where you have the freedom to be creative and take ownership of digital marketing strategies to drive website traffic, build awareness and generate high-quality leads that convert. You keep up with the trends and always look for new growth opportunities.
You will spend your budget on operational efforts, but will also take great pride in spending part of the budget on experimental efforts that increases the ROI on our marketing spending. Your curiosity and willingness to try new approaches will be the main drivers in your daily work and you have many new ideas that you have been unable to try previously. The previous experiences you have gives you an idea of what works and what definitely does not work.
Your missions ⭐️
💡 You will create the marketing growth strategy for lead generation and growth hacking.
🔎 Develop innovative ways of reaching potential clients.
👩🏫 Build funnel automation, create conversion events, and tracking.
👩🎨 Make creative strategies that are scalable and produce profitable ROI across all paid and organic digital marketing channels.
🚀 Manage daily marketing operations.
⚙️ Actively cooperate with other departments such as sales, product development, and management to optimize the customer experience.
📊 Analyze data and create reports.
To be successful in this role, you have🦄🚀
💃 A minimum of 3 years of experience with affiliate marketing, PPC marketing, and sales funnels.
🧑🔬 Have a solid knowledge of marketing automation tools.
🎛 Have experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook campaigns and other platforms to reach relevant audiences.
🛠 Know how to write scripts and automation.
📈 Can identify trends and insights and optimize spend based on the insights and performance.

About Roboten 🤖
We are a startup founded in 2021 by a team including some of Sweden’s top tech entrepreneurs. We are developing Roboten 🧑💻, a low-code development tool that our customers can use to create their SaaS or business software.

The fundamental difference between other low-code platform companies and Roboten is our dislike for vendor lock-in. We have set out to create a solution that makes our customers completely vendor-independent. This ambition influences every decision we make and underpins the architecture of our software.
Roboten is a low-code development tool that generates first-class code using only standard open-source libraries (such as React and Node.js). Our customers should be able to take the generated code and run it anywhere.
But Roboten is also a fully optimized app hosting solution. It’s completely optional. Customers can leave their app with Roboten and be confident that it’s always running and scaling to millions. We aim to be the best in the world at that. That’s why our customers will stay with us – by choice.
