Skills you need (formal education not needed):
Proficiency in automation and scripting using various languages
Strong understanding of server technologies and infrastructure automation
Experience with Unix/Linux-based systems and Networking
Familiarity with source control systems and continuous integration/deployment tools
Understanding of networking and security principles, as well as monitoring and logging tools
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of security and compliance best practices

You’ll be doing:
Managing and maintaining the company's servers and managed hosting operations, ensuring high availability and security
Developing new tools and processes to improve the company's services, including automation and scripting using various languages
Providing exceptional technical and customer support to internal and external clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
Proactively creating and evolving existing services as well as working on R&D projects to improve the company's offerings
Collaborating with other team members to achieve the company's goals and objectives, including communicating effectively and efficiently using various channels and tools
Maintaining accurate documentation of the company's infrastructure, processes, and services using Git and document-as-code principles
